I feel like I’m one of those people who don’t appreciate a lot of things in my life . It sounds shitty to say , but it’s honestly the truth . And I also feel like I am part of a small group of people that can actually admit that about themselves . I’m not really sure if it comes from a chemical imbalance, or if I never grasped the “There are kids in other countries suffering while you’re not”concept .
Although I am an ungrateful human being , I am genuinely trying to get better . Reading other blogs , researching the topic , doing step-by-steps in my morning routine , creating a bullet journal , exercising , things like that .
It’s not easy putting the positivity into perspective , but it is rewarding knowing the things in your life are good and you have the power of controlling your actions and feelings .
